The 48 m² space includes a daylight bathroom with shower, WC, and sink on the lower floor, plus a storage room with washing machine. The cosy country-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with 3-star freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a wood-burning stove and a dining area. A space-saving staircase (note: very steep wooden stairs with half steps) leads to the upper floor with a combined living/sleeping area, double bed, and wardrobe. The sofa area (sofa bed) features a TV. Additional electric heaters are provided in the bathroom, kitchen, and living area. In front of the house, you will find a covered terrace with seating, as well as a large plot with barbecue area and a barn for storing motorbikes and bicycles. The property is not fenced. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is 300 m away. There are many excursion options, such as the Nürburgring (approx. 30 km), the Moselle, or the Roman city of Trier. Numerous hiking trails make the area ideal for dog owners. Swimming in the maars with bathing facilities is possible. The nearest town with shops, pharmacy, doctor, banks, and restaurants is about 3 km away (Gillenfeld). Arrival from 3:00 pm or by arrangement, departure by 11:00 am or by arrangement. A fee applies for bringing a dog. Firewood for cold winter days and barbecues is provided free of charge.
